Creative Divas Stores is open 24/7 and major holidays. Most orders take up to 1-3 business days to process. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

Please track your shipment as wet n wild is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by; customs, natural occurrences, transfers from carriers, ground transportation strikes, delays, or missing/lost packages.
SHIPPING TO CANADA:
All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. All prices on our website are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. The estimated time of delivery after an order has been shipped is 3 to 5 weeks.
Payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees is the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are non-refundable and may be collected at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. wet n wild has no control over these charges, nor can wet n wild predict what they may be.
Please note: We do not ship any nail polish or nail products to Canada.
